Shipping Policy

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Aromathology agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within ten (10) days from the payment receipt date. However, in most cases, your order will be shipped within three (3) working days. Aromathology will send a notification to you by email when your order is dispatched.

  • Aromathology offers FREE standard shipping on all orders of $150 AUD or over on shipping within Australia by adding the discount code FREESHIP150 at the checkout page.

  • For orders under $150.00 AUD a flat shipping rate of $10.00 AUD applies on shipping within Australia.

You should expect your parcel to be delivered within 2-7 business days after it is dispatched. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at info@aromathologyskincare.com and we will track it for you. Australia Post will deliver straight to your door, however, if undelivered a card will be left to notify you that they attempted to deliver your parcel and is ready to collect at your nearest post office.

Aromathology is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to causes out of our control.

A shipping cost will be applicable to all items on www.aromathologyskincare.com, excepting e-Gift Cards, which are dispatched automatically by email and if you qualify for the FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99.00 AUD on shipping within Australia.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

We currently offer international shipping to the UK.

  • A flat shipping rate of $20.00 AUD applies on all international orders.

You should expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at info@aromathologyskincare.com and so we can track it’s location for you.

Stated international delivery times are estimated based on standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities. If your delivery is to a rural or regional area please add typical domestic transit times for your country. Excludes public holidays (unless otherwise indicated) and time in customs if applicable, and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of our control.

Customs in international countries can charge fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control. We advise that you contact the relevant government body (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.
